iPad App Development
Launched in July 2010, the iPad was one of the most keenly anticipated technology launches in recent years. It was conceived, designed and developed primarily for the consumption of media such as books and periodicals, movies, music, and games; and for general web and e-mail access.

The iPad runs the same operating system as the previously introduced iPod Touch and iPhone and similarly, it is controlled by a multitouch display sensitive to fingertip contact. This is unlike most previous tablet computers which instead used a pressure-triggered stylus. Fortunately, not only does it run iPad-specific applications, it also can run those written for the iPhone and iPod Touch, including e-book readers.
The prediction here at The App Mob is that the iPad, along with the range of imitation devices that will inevitably come onto the market, will be massive. The beauty and useability of an iPhone, but with a far more practical screen size, it will become the media consumption device of the next generation.
